If u play in the end of Disc1 u will be badly troubled by the plane's monster before u can go to Disc 2...and the middle of disc 2 before change to chris, u may get killed without saving steve.

I thought this was one of the hardest RE's besides Nemesis.
Getting use to the controls was the tough part for me.
But I give the game 8 out of 10 considering Claire is'nt as much of a retard in this game.

To me, this game is the hardest! I still haven't found all three proof keys to place in that thing that's at the place where you get off at in the submarine. (shoooo, out of breath! lol.) What's it like to play as Chris in that game? Is it more fun than playing as Claire? (I have Resdent Evil: Code Veronica X for the PS2. It is supposed to have 9 minutes worth of more cut-scene footage than regular RE:CV for the Dreamcast.) But that's pretty much where the added bonuses end.

I have played RE:CVX more now, and I like it more now. Still not my favorite, but I like it. I've finally beat the Tyrant on the plane at the end of part 1.

is there really any difference between CV and X? The only difference is that there is 9 more minutes of cutscenes. It includes the following: 1). An additional scene where Wesker beats up Claire in front of the facility on Rockfort Island. 2). Added footage to the Wesker vs. Alexia fight 3). Added footage to the Chris vs. Wesker fight, and a longer ending. (These are the only additions that are CVX. No change to gameplay at all.)

yer its one of the hardest in the series also 1 of the longest, its cool how u get 2 play as both claire and chris but by doing this theres a vital part of the game that i allways fail 2 do this would be storing your wepons for chris and visa versa i allways forget and end up being stuck with poop wepons !
